Water Jug: Hydration is a must whether we are working inside or outside. Please have your name on it!
Sunscreen: We will be outside a lot over the next 2 weeks.
Hats: More protection from the sun!
Comfortable shoes: We will be on our feet a lot!
Light clothing and layers: The days will be HOT but the mornings can be cool.
Towel: At times students will lay this down on the ground to rest their horns on.
3 Ring Binder: All Hornline students should have a binder to put their show music in.
Pencils: Most Hornline sectionals will take place during parts of the afternoons in a more 'classroom' like environment where they will need to take notes in their binders.
A Positive Attitude!
"A negative attitude is like a flat tire. You’re not going to get very far unless you change it!"
Every student should be eating breakfast before camp. The mornings can be a little long and that nourishment will help them get through it.
Lunch will be provided daily by the 'Meet Up and Eat Up' Program held in the RPI/RPEL Cafeteria. Students will walk over together each day.
Dinners will be provided by the RP Band Parents on the following days: 23rd, 25th, 30th, 1st & 2nd (Band Camp Cookout). Dinner will always be from 5pm - 6pm.
Dinner on the 24th is a Section Potluck. More info will be provided by your section mentor.
